Small groups. Real conversations. Multiple perspectives.
Where your challenge can become a starting point for everyone’s learning
In a small coaching circle, you benefit from the thinking, experience and perspective of everyone in the room. Someone else’s dilemma may help you see your own differently. A question asked of another person may be exactly the question you needed to hear. The magic is the combination of being deeply understood, and having your thinking and perspective expanded by other people’s experiences.
The group isn’t there to give advice or solve one another’s problems. It’s there to listen, think, question and learn together — with skilled coaching creating the conditions for conversations that go deeper than they might otherwise. Being understood by several people can sometimes feel more powerful than being understood by one.
Some circles bring together people from different organisations and sectors. Others are formed within an organisation around a shared level of responsibility or challenge.
