You bring whatever feels most important to explore, and I listen carefully, ask questions, challenge your thinking when it might be useful, and help you notice things you may not have seen yourself.
Sometimes we will work on something very practical. Sometimes we will spend time understanding what is really going on beneath the presenting issue.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to create the space and the conversation that helps you think more clearly.
Do I need to know what I want to achieve before we start?
No.
In fact, sometimes the most useful place to begin is “I’m not quite sure what’s going on.”
I don’t believe every worthwhile coaching conversation needs to begin with a neatly defined goal or end with a measurable outcome.
We can start with what is occupying your thoughts, what feels difficult, or what you find yourself returning to. Together, we can explore what matters and what, if anything, needs to change.
